Do more for your core!
Inhale deeply, exhale, and draw your belly in to engage the inner core muscles. These are the muscles that support your back and tighten your waistline. Engaging these muscles throughout your workout, with both core and strength exercises, intensifies the overall workout and increases results.

This is great advice but as much as I try I often find myself holding my breath, especially when working out with weights. Any advice for remembering to breath? Thanks.

Exhale with each movement, so there is no movement without a breath. That way it will always be remembered!
