Homemade hummus recipe

1 can chick peas
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup of tahini
pinch of salt
hot sauce (optional)

Put all ingredients in a food processor. Once blended, put in a container in the fridge for an hour. Serve with fresh cut veggies or pita wedges.
