Marcy Lynch Fitness offers a unique approach to achieving your fitness goals. Our first step is to understand your needs, interests, and personal preferences in order to create a program that fits YOU.

We begin with an assessment which includes fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle profiles. We then use this information to begin planning, preparing, and organizing the steps you will take to create a successful relationship with food and exercise.

Personal Coaching sessions:

These sessions are performed over the telephone and may take place anywhere:
One on one: Single session, two times monthly, three times monthly
• On-line group (coming soon!)

Personal Training sessions:

These sessions are performed in person, or long distance through skype or facetime
One on one – hours or 1/2 hours
Small groups – hours only

3 You will decide how often you want to work together, and whether coaching,
personal training, or both are best for you.
