As a life coach, I offer a unique approach to achieving fitness and personal life goals. The first step is to develop the right mindset.
The best results come from developing a clear, focused mindset in addition to incorporating exercise and changing food patterns.
The same approach is true for setting new personal and life goals. In this program you will learn to:
• access and maintain motivation
• create a healthy body image
• develop strategies for overcoming obstacles
• manage food choices
• exercise safely and efficiently
• get results and maintain them for life
Our sessions together are performed in person, over the telephone, by Skype or on FaceTime. We will meet 3 times each month for 30 minutes and you will receive my Fitness Lifestyle Program workbook. A minimum commitment of 3 months is suggested, but not required.
Walking CLUB: WALK & TALK WITH THE COACH
The Walking Club will take place in the local BuxMont area. Walking is the single best way to begin a fitness program or add to an existing one. We will schedule 2 to 6 mile outings at Spring Valley Park, Peace Valley Park, Lambertville towpath or other nearby locations. Bring water and a friend!
